At Stepp Up Steppers, our mission is to advocate for individuals who deal with domestic violence, obesity, and stroke awareness. We also provide educational programs for youth, young adults, and older adults. We also work with US Military Veterans dealing with PTSD and trauma as well as working to provide shelter for and support for homeless individuals in our community. We believe that everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home. We have and will continue to work tirelessly to make that a reality.

Goals:
- Our short-term goal is to create a Young Dance Leaders Scholarship Fund, to continue to develop young dancers and help with their education. To develop educational community outreach cultural arts programs presented at schools and unique events throughout the area for children and adults. We aim to invest in the future of Dance in our communities. Thus, helping to Inspire, educate, and bring people together!
- Our long-term goal is to establish a permanent physical venue somewhere in the Austin/Killeen area to provide Dance opportunities, education, unique events to support domestic violence, obesity, stroke awareness, kids, young adults, and older adults. We also work with US Military Veterans dealing with PTSD and trauma as well as working to provide shelter for and support for homeless individuals/veterans in the community.
What is the JUNETEENTH STEPPERS CELEBRATION & GALA IN AUSTIN, TEXAS?
The JUNETEENTH STEPPERS CELEBRATION & GALA is a fundraising event produced annually by STEPP – UP STEPPERS OF AUSTIN & KILLEEN, TX INC. (dba Stepp-Up Steppers of Austin and Killeen Inc.), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All proceeds from this event go to community outreach dance education programs under the aegis of STEPP – UP STEPPERS OF AUSTIN & KILLEEN, TX INC.
